- Staphylococcus Aureus
- H. influenza
- Moraxella Catarrhal
- Klebsilla
- Mucormycosis ( very fatal, occurs with diabetic patients)

- External through open fractures of sinus
- Allergic sinus
- Divided nasal septum
- Rhinitis
- Immunocompromised patients
3. PATHOLOGY:-
- Suppurative ( purulent discharge )
